Electronic warfare systems are modern technologies that make it possible to break the enemy’s control and communication system, disabling the enemy’s radio-electronic means. In the conditions of modern war, where information provision and coordination of actions are of great importance, electronic warfare is one of the most important components of successful defense.
On the Sumy direction, where Russian troops are trying to use a variety of technological means to conduct combat operations, electronic warfare systems are becoming indispensable. They help to disrupt enemy plans by making it impossible to effectively command troops and use modern equipment. In particular, electronic warfare systems can prevent the use of enemy drones used for reconnaissance and artillery fire adjustment.
Sumy region, as a border area, has been subject to significant attacks by russian troops since the first day of the full-scale invasion. The proximity to the border with russia makes this region strategically important for both the defenders of Ukraine and the occupation forces. The enemy is constantly shelling from the territory of the russian federation, using artillery, missile systems, aviation and sabotage and reconnaissance groups. These actions pose a constant threat to civilians and infrastructure in the region, as well as complicate defence on the frontline.
In the Name of Victory Charitable Foundation and volunteer support
Since the first days of the war, the ‘In the Name of Victory’ Charitable Foundation has been actively helping the Ukrainian military, including in the hottest spots. Through cooperation with manufacturers and suppliers, the foundation provides the necessary specialised equipment for the defence of Ukraine, including electronic warfare systems, transport, protective equipment, medical equipment and humanitarian aid.
Representatives of the ‘In the Name of Victory’ charitable foundation, with the support of VORWARTS PHARMA, have recently handed over new custom-made electronic warfare systems. This equipment allows Ukraine’s defenders to counter the enemy more effectively by blocking and complicating their communication, reducing the effectiveness of artillery and missile strikes, and protecting Ukrainian units from enemy unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs).
Support from the rear is extremely important for providing our army with everything it needs. It is not only technical and material support, but also moral support for those who are on the frontline defending our independence. Working with the military, the Foundation’s volunteers take into account their needs and try to respond promptly to requests. This allows the units on the front line to receive the most necessary supplies as soon as possible.
Modern warfare is increasingly dependent on technology. The aggressor country is actively using the latest systems to coordinate its troops and conduct attacks, so Ukrainian defenders need not only human resources but also the most modern equipment to effectively counter the enemy. Such technical support helps our defenders not only fight the enemy more effectively, but also save lives. Volunteers, philanthropists and all concerned citizens are united for one purpose – to defeat the aggressor and establish peace on Ukrainian soil. Together, by supporting our defenders, we are bringing our common victory closer step by step.
